FIRST Volunteers make a difference in

the lives of young +people, helping them

to discoverthe real-world value in science

and technology. FIRST Volunteers are people

from all walks of life that come together to lead

by example in the ways of science, technology, and citizenship.

Like all FIRST events, the Wisconsin Regional is 100% dependant on volunteers to run the event. There are many different areas within the event that we need help with.  You can read about each of our volunteer opportunities on the FIRST Robotics Competition Event Volunteer Positions page.  There are several technical and non-technical volunteer opportunities. Volunteer positions can last from a few hours to a few days. There is a role for everyone!

Once you've found a position that interests you, the next step is to sign up in the Volunteer Registration System.  Here you will be able to tell us a little bit about yourself and apply for the top five roles that interest you. Next, you will be matched up with a role that best fits your preferences, skills, and time availability. After that, our Volunteer Coordinator, Taylor Woods, will contact you with details about the event and your role.
